The balanced pressurepump proportioningsystemfoam skidcontains all necessary components including foam concentrate tank, control valves, proportioner, relief valve, interconnecting piping, water flush-out connections, positive displacement foam concentrate pump, pump driver, structural steel base, pressure gauge and electric system. Balancing shall be accomplished through the use of a diaphragm pressure balancing valve. Propor proportioning is achieved automatically by maintaining identical water and foam concentrate pressures atthe respective inlets to the ratio controller. The foam/water ratio can be controlled accurately.
