PHB-3000 Hydraulic Brinell Hardness Tester

Principle PHB-3000 portable instrument has the same structure as King Brinell hardness tester. It has a hydraulic system and the test force is applied by means of a handle. PHB-3000 portable Brinell hardness tester has the same structure as King Brinell hardness tester. The test condition is applying 3000kg test force on a 10mm carbide indenter. It can result in permanent indentations for reinspection. The test condition meets the requirements of ISO 6506 and ASTM E110. Features 1. On-site Testing It is a portable instrument suitable to use in the plant. It is easy to operate and convenient to carry. So it can be used to test large workpieces in any direction on site. 2. Permanent Indentation With 3000kg test force and 10mm ball indenter, the indentation can accurately reflect the true harness of cast iron, cast steel, forge piece, and other materials with coarse grain. The permanent indentation can be reinspected at any time after testing. 3. Real Result PHB-3000 has the same principle as the bench type Brinell hardness tester. So the result is totally different from the lossy conversion value of other portable hardness testers (eg. Rebound type hardness tester). 4. Wide Testing Range PHB-3000 has various test forces and two different ball indenters in order to test different metals. 5. High Cost Performance The parts machining workmanship and assembling accuracy of PHB-3000 is much better than King Brinell hardness tester. It has an improved jacking system free from gear jamming, while the price is lower than King Brinell Hardness Tester. So PHB-3000 Brinell hardness tester has a higher cost performance.
