Peripheral Transmission Mud Scraper (Sucker)

The LZ-ZB peripheral transmission mud scraper and sucker (LZ-ZB) applies to large and medium-sized radial flow secondary sedimentation tanks for removing sludge mechanically. It has a supporting block in the centre and peripheral transmission on both sides with a large moment.The wastewater enters in the centre and is discharged from the periphery to ensure uniform flow. The sludge is removed from the centre through spontaneous imbibition by taking advantage of the difference in head of liquid pressure. It is equipped with scum skimmer and remover as well as an overload protection unit. The control system can be connected to a computer in accordance with individual needs. The LZ-ZB has proven energy efficient. The underwater part of the scraper is made of stainless steel with a service life of at least 20 years. The decelerators are imported from Germany, and come with a guarantee of no maintenance required for the first 3 years. The electric control systems are purchased from Siemens.
