1.Navigation Area and Function The navigation area of this ship is domestic coastal navigation area. The stability is calculated according to the requirement of domestic navigation open sea area. The hull structure is calculated according to unrestricted navigation area. This ship is a dual-purpose ferry of cars and passengers specially navigating from Haikou to Haian, which is mainly used to transport cars and passengers such as different tons of cargotruck, passenger car of big, middle and small sizes, flat-bedtrailer, etc. 2.Loading Capacity The full load displacement of this ship is about 4148T at the design draft of 3.6m. The car capacity is 22 units of 13m car and 18 units of 5t truck. The deadweight of this ship is about 1300T, and the clear height of car-deck is more than 4.98m. The total passenger capacity is 680 persons, those are 198 persons of the first passenger cabin, 294 persons of the second passenger cabin, 82 persons of the third passenger cabin and 106 persons of the bow high-ranking passenger cabin. 3.
