The connection of bolts and screws make compensation for the prevention against the looseness of pull, the abrasion and creeping of wearing parts, thermal expansion and shrinkage as well as sealing element compaction. Applicable site: Boasting small size, high energy accumulation, easy-to-use combination and other favorable features, disc spring is widely used in national defense, metallurgy, engineering, electric power, machine tool and other mechanical industries. Design: The dimension and relevant manufacturing requirements of disc spring shall be determined by the self-developed CAD system according to the current operating condition and stress status. Manufacturing Material: According to customer’s operating conditions, appropriate material shall be selected to meet the requirements of customer to the largest extent. Typical materials include 60Si2MnA(SAE 9260), 50CrVA (SAE 6150). Surface treatment: The surface treatment methods of disc spring include bluing, phosphatization, galvanization, electrophoresis, mechanical zincification and etc.
