Working Principle: WEIZE WOF-N-A-3 has3 filter modules, when it's working, the dirty oil is sent to filter unit by filter pump, via 1 micron precision filtering process, the oil become crystal clean, then go into clean oil tank. After that, the clean oil is sent back to the machine. After a certain time of continuous filtering, the filter units block the impurities, and then blow back impurities into collecting tank. The whole process is automatically circuit working controlled by PLC. Working steps inside & Schematic drawings: Step 1: Impurities is intercepted outside the filter and the clean oil Flow to clean oil tank via the filter core. Step 2: Clean dry compressed Air goes inside the filter, and the dirty oil is compressed to dirty tank Step 3: Clean dry compressed air go inside the filter from the top, blow back the impurities to the collecting tank.
