Sinosteel Zhengzhou Research Institute of Steel Wire Products Co., Ltd. Has complete acid washing, phosphorization, wire drawing, oil-tempered spring steel wire production line and rod peeling equipment. The production capacity of oil-tempered spring steel wire is almost 20000 MT (including branch institute in south). Oil-tempered spring steel wires are mainly used for such fields as automobile suspension spring, engine valve spring, clutch spring, oil pump nozzle spring and general mechanical spring. The oil tempered spring steel wire is listed in National Key and New Products. And the high-stress steel wire for valve spring passed the test of national ‘863’ program.
