Mingtong series S9, S11, S13, SZ9 and SZ11 of embedded transformer (6-35kV, 30-10000kVA) were developed by us independently after absorbing domestic and foreign essences and combining the state-of-the-art technology of famous foreign manufacturers. Their characteristics include low loss, silence, good short-circuit resistance, environmental protection and energy saving. The performance of energy saving is obvious. Particularly the no-load loss of S11 is much more less than new S9 and registers the average value of 50% specified in GB/T6451-2008. 2. Low noise. The noise level of oil-immerse self-cooling transformer is about 60dB, 10% less than national specifications. Furthermore we can design and manufacture more silent transformer upon the request of users. 3. Better short-circuit resistance. All of transformers from the level of 6 to 35kV are certified nationally. Therefore each of them is infallible well and will not be damaged by sudden short circuit. 4. Beautiful outlook. Oil tank and inside metal parts are treated with sand blasting and rust removal. The process of electrostatic powder painting guarantees the color fastness. Use the high-voltage sleeve or cable for lead-out. 5. Remote-measurement signal thermometer and pressure relief valve accessories improve the running reliability and reduce the maintenance cost. 6. No leakage. Seal all stops and limits with imported products to realize our warranty of zero leakage.
