Offset ink

Offset ink: 1. Product properties: We use the advanced Germany RGB technology for ink production. The ink is produced with the new polymer material which is odorless, free from contamination and harmless to human body. And it can be applied for different kinds of offset printing machines, such as Roland, Heidelberg, and Komori etc. 1). Bright-colored, good transparency. 2). Excellent overprint, good definition of dots, lush stereovision for presswork. 3). Quick-setting, excellent rubbing resistance. 4). Nontoxic, low hydrocarbon content, free from peculiar smell, free from heavy metals. 5). Non-skinning within 48 hours. 6). Suitable for the printing speed of 15000 impression per hour. 2. Product application: It is applied to sheet-fed printing machine to print the product with coated paper, white board paper and sized paper etc. And it widely use for such as album of painting, label, specification, packaging and decoration etc. 3. Usage and caution: Used directly under the normal condition. No need to use the additives. 1). Use the thinner for dilution. 2). Use maximum 1.5% of cobalt dryer for drying. 3). Use maximum 2% of viscosity reducer for the demand of viscosity. 4). This ink suits for the ordinary rubbing resistance. If special rubbing resistance is requested, please use the anti-wear agent. 4.
