Nodular cast ironcastings are made with high quality ductile-iron. Meanwhile, we use special foundry and heat-treatment processes, and also can supply castings as per customers drawings and special requirements. Foundry facilities: 12 sets of various electric furnaces, 2 sets of rocking-ladle & de-sulfur machines, 9 sand-coated iron-mold producing lines, 10 sets of core-blowers with thermal core boxes, 2 sets of cycling chain-type cleaning chambers, 28 sets of various heat-treating furnaces, etc. Inspection facilities: direct-reading spectrometer, pre-furnace thermal analyzing instrument, ultrasonic flaw detector, digital-display large-scaled metallographic microscope, universal electronic stretcher, 3-dimensional gauge, etc. Material range: Ductile-iron with the grades ranged from QT400 to QT900. Austempered ductile-iron (ADI) with the grades including ADI 850-10, ADI1050-7, ADI 1200-4, ADI 1400-1, etc. Main products: ductile-iron engine crankshafts, camshafts, air compressor crankshafts, and various ductile-iron components for automobiles, railways, construction machineries, food machineries, mineral machineries, printing machineries, etc.Price of castings can be negotiated with customer as per special requirements of each casting.
