NZJ-Series Slurry Pumps1. Uses and Features: NZJ-Series slurry pumps are suitable for pumping slurry with hard particles and in high density in industrial sectors as of metallurgy, mining, coal, power generation and building material. These pumps can also be applied multi-staged in series. They are classified into three types: M. AH. HH. The M. AH. HH type slurry pumps are those of cantilever, horizontal and centrifugal ones, whose shafts can be sealed by packing seals or by centrifugal type seals. The positions of the pump outlet can be positioned at an interval of 45°according to different requirements, so eight different angles can be applied by rotation in installation. The M. AH type slurry pumps have pump bodies (volute liners, front and back liners) that consist of replaceable wear-resistant metal liners or wear-resistant rubber liners, and impellers can also apply wear-resistant metal material or wear-resistant rubber material. The HH type slurry pumps only apply wear-resistant metal material as their pump bodies and impellers. 2. Structural Image: NZJ-Series slurry pumps are suitable for severe slurry conditions with coarse particles and high competency. 3.1 There are two types of material for wet parts (volute liners, front and back liners, impellers): l Made of high-chrome alloy material; l Made of highly wear-resistant rubber material researched and developed by Naipu company. Both of them can fulfill the task of slurry pumping with high efficiency and long service life. 3.2 Structure of shaft seals: l Packing gland seals; l Pressure-reducing metal gland seals; l Pressure-reducing rubber gland seals; l Mechanical seals. NZJ Series slurry pumps have two kinds of structural modes, which are the high-chrome alloy one and the rubber wear-resistance one. The wet parts made of either alloy or rubber can be mixed up in operation. For example: a rubber volute liner and liners can be combined with an alloy impeller in operation, and a rubber impeller can be used together wit an alloy volute liner and liners. 4. Introduction of Type Selection When the type selection is conducted, the performance curve table for clear water of a pump shall be referred to, and the coefficient of range for the flow selected is as follows: 5.1 M, AH type pumps 5.1.1 For slurry of high density and strong abrasiveness, the coefficient of flow range will be 40-80%; 5.1.2 For slurry of medium density and medium abrasiveness, the coefficient of flow range will be 40-100%; 5.1.3 For slurry of low density and low abrasiveness, the coefficient of flow range will be 40-120%. 5.2 HH type pumps 5.2.1 For slurry of medium density and strong abrasiveness, the coefficient of flow range will be 40-80%; 5.2.2 For slurry of low density and strong abrasiveness, the coefficient of flow range will be 40-100%; 5.2.3 For the highest efficiency point under a certain RPM condition, its corresponding flow rate will be 100%. 6. Instructions for Placing an Order 6.1 Naipu company supplies complete sets of equipment as well as a variety of wet parts: NZJ slurry pumps have two kinds of wet parts, which are the high-chrome alloy one and the rubber wear-resistant one. There are four types of configurations, which are A, B, C and D. The user shall select his configuration when placing an order. Complete sets of equipment consist of pumps, electric motors and hydraulic couplers, and a user can place an order according to his requirements. Motors and hydraulic couplers can be ordered from other associated suppliers as well. 6.2 Supply of spare parts: We supply our customers with complete sets of equipment as well as a variety of wear-resistant wet parts, and site service is available with service quality guaranteed.
