Multiple rip saw Themachine is designed with saw spindle support device, which ensures a smooth saw spindle rotation and improves working accuracy. Extension tables at both ends to decrease labor intensity and improve working efficiency. In-feeding & out-feeding pressure rollers design to improve the working precision. Saw blade spacer is finely grinded for the accuracy up to 0.01mm. Double V-shape steel guide way device is made from special material, features precision retentivity and wear-resistance. Auto lubrication oil-free protection mechanism, ensures major sliding surfaces at a minimum wear abrasion. Three upper rows and one bottom row of anti-kickback fingers to prevent chips and knobs from rebounding and hurting people. Upper pressure mechanism motor-driven elevation for convenient and fast thickness adjustment, improves working efficiency obviously. Both saw spindle and pressure rollers are provided with safety limit device to avoid machine damage due to the false operation. Machine base, column and saw spindle seat are made from high quality cast iron and have been age treated, features steady , robust and precision retentivity. Saw spindle is made from special material and specially processed for high precision, durability and longer service life.
