Ring Die Pellet mills 1 The process of pelleting consists of three parts: (1 ) Forcing a soft material through holes in a metal die plate(2)Forming compacted pellets(3) Cutting the compacted pellets into pre-determined size. Most pellet mills now have one or more conditioning units mounted above them where liquids such as water can be added to improve pelletability. The water is sometimes added in the form of steam, resulting in firmer pellets.1 Main transmission is high definition gear drive, ring die is easy to be demounted, and be fixed by hoop.2 High quality bearings and oil seal from Japan have been equipped.3 Eletromanetism or frequency conversion timing motor be equipped with material feeder.4 The material of ring die is alloy steel or stainless steel; be produced by advanced technics, service life is long, the pellets are smooth, and quality is high.5 Compensate spring coupling is safe, low noise, compact and less trouble.6 Stainless steel doors and flume, stretching cutter has tick marks, easy to adjust. All safe overload devices and caution marks are compeleted.
