Milk heating machine pcb assembly

Working power:800W;PCB sharp: semicircle; PCB size: 90% of round sharp,100mm diameter;3 positioning holes, size: 3mm;Rohs board and CE conformed;Temperature sensor control at +/- 1°.Motor and voltage can be changed. 6V right now for motor, 18V for fan.The highest component of the pcb controller should be in 25mm.Functions & working: PCB normal working temperature: 70°80°Safeguard function against dry boil;Inner container detection programs: cold froth / 37°/ 65° / 85°;Boiling milk and keep warm at different levels (/ 37°/ 65° / 85°) then going in a continuous Cycle Circle;f. Time targets for 400ml of Milk. i. Temperature - 37° - 90 seconds needed ii. Temperature - 65° - 90 seconds needed iii. Temperature - 85° - 90 seconds needed 90 seconds is the target, but the total working time will be related to temperature, so the heating will be working as long as the temperature sensor has not reached the target temperature, so It won’t be related with time on the PCB software. Depending on the volume of milk, the process will take shorter or longer time, between 70 and 95 s.Remarks : First must be touching On Button , >>>the Unit LEds go on all forever , Function starts only when touching Temperature knob >>> the selected Temperature Knob will go on ¨C others will go off and selected Temperature Knob will flash ( 1 time per Second) until Temperature is reached and then light constantly . When cycling the relative Button will also flash until Temperature is reached again and then light constantly again . After the 90 seconds heating time, the motor will keep working for 10 extra seconds. Touching "manual stop" will shut down Unit and Lights completely.
