We use unique formula to sintering a layer metal powder on the ceramic pieces in the reducing atmosphere of high temperature1420,which enables the ceramic surface has the metallic. Metallized layer thickness:30 50μNickel layer thickness:3 10μ.Even thickness ,no oxidation, no bubbles ,no Mechanical damage, no metal printing ,no watermarks and fingerprints.High metallized Bond strength of ceramic,good air tightness . The average tensile strength≥150MPa, Which can weld with metal pieces and widely used in the vacuum switch tubes,medium and small power electron tubes , medium and high power electrical appliances. =====================================================================
