the innovation of gas engine ans gas genset can effectively solve the common problem---high heat load of gas enginethe problem with lead to high-temperature of exhaust gas engine, and the damage of piston,value,cylinder head and other parts, which leads to the situation that the gas engine's speed can not be raised, power can not be raised the serious restrictions of engine enhanced leve, this will make gas generating units run abnormally and unstably under high rate of failure. can effectively control the ratio of mixture, so as to keep a good start performance ans good emission of gas enginethe control of gas engine's mixture ratio is an important issue in the technology of gas engine. if the gas engine's mixture ration can be controlled well, the start of engine performance,power, heat load, the economy,stability,reliability and emissions all will be impacted on performance. our current mixing device is a equal-percentage patch-mixture. it can stabilize the gas source, and the engine in the different operating conditions to achieve very good results. comparing with the european and some domestic manufactures who use venturi tube mixed engine, out gensets own start performance, good power, heat load, the economy, stability, reliability and emission performance. if the gas composition and pressure are unstable for the gas source, we have adopted a closed-loop control equal propotion of the adjustable mixer and voltage(or pontoon-type regular), which can effectively resovle the impact on the gas engine caused by the gas source's instability. can effectively optimize the combustion system and turbo systemsafter many years experience in research and development combined with the internal combusion engine test theory, we have formed a net of system optimization method of caculation, which ler our products' average effective pressure of the engine raised from the ordinary 6--9 bar to 11--14.4 bar on the condition that the same products in the diesel engine converted into the gas engine. briefly, the power is nearly 1.5 to 2 times of domestic product, that is reduced fuel comsumption of each power of the engine, improved the thermal efficiency of the engine. meanwhile, greatly enhanced the engine power and reduced the material consumption of each power, let the gas engine have big power while small size. the waste heat of engine exhaust gas can be effectively used as clients' requirementbased on the customers' actual needs, we can allocate waste heat reuse system for the users, and provide with hot water, vapor, heating and air- conditioning ans provide heat and drying process with targeted use of waste heat boiler secondary steam turbine power generation. we can improve the comprehensive utilization rate of energy! so that the integrated system thermal efficiency can reach 80 percent or more!
