Instructions : YiGouDe (Grouts for ceramic wall and floor tiles ) Meichao Yi Gou De is a high-grade jointing material developed and manufactured independently by Meichao . The product , being flesibility and waterprood , can prevent water from permeating into the base . Applied with ceramic tile or stone , the product available in various cotors can produce a remarkable effect of decoration . The product remains popular among constructors for its adaptability and availability for construction . Yi Gou De , which has passed the certification for China environment label product , is recognized as an environmenr-friendly green product . Principal components Silicate cement , nonlead dye , quartzy sand and addditive . Jointing duration Yi Gou De is applied 24 hours after the ceramic tile or stone is stuck . It can be directly used for joining fissure (width : 1 5mm) . Mixing The mixing volume of water is based on consistency in construction . Mix it evenly , deposit it for 10 minutes and mix it again ,and it will be ready for use . It is not allowed to mix it with other materials . Consumption Theoretically , one kilogram of Yi Gou De can be used for joining ceramic tile of 3 4 square meters (width of the joint : 2 3mm) . The actual consumption varies with the method of construction , jointing width and quantity of filling materials . Instructions on construction Clean up the tile jointing fissure . Fill up and press the jointing agent into the fissure . Clean up the excess of jointing agent on the surface of the fissure with a slightly wet sponge after Yi Gou De solidify barely (15 30min) . Applicable standard Technical standard : JC/T1004-2006 ; quantity limitation standard of hazrdous materials : GB18582-2001 . Storage and transportation Keep in a cool and dry place . Service life is 12 months . The product is nontoxic and noncombustible . Refer to the Rules of Non-hazardous Goods for storage and transportation . Cautions The color marked on the package of the product basically matches that of the actual physical goods . In case of discrepancy , the color of the physical goods shall prevail .
