MBR lab setThe MBR technology is a new waste-water treatment. It is combined with the membrane separation and traditional activated sludge bio-reaction. In the MBR tank, the membrane separate the clean water from the sewage mixed with sludge. Because of the separation happened in the aeration tank, the second-sediment-tank is ignored, and the actvaited sludge remained in the MBR tank. The MBR technology can greatly enhance the bio-reaction. The reduction rate of COD can be more than 95%, and the SS in the effluent can be <1.0mg/L. The effluent water can be recycled. The MBR-lab-set is designed for laboratory use and showing in the exhibition. From the lab-scale testing result, it can be easy enlarged in bigger MBR project. The tech. parameters in the MBR-lab-set design: Treatment capability: about 500-1000 L/d. (Dependent on the quality of raw water) Influent sewage CODcr > 450mg/L. Infulent sewage BOD5 > 250mg/L. Air blowing: 85L/min. (can be modified) Outlet water COD cr <30mg/L.
