LW3-12 Outdoor HV SF6 Circuit Breaker

General LW3-12 outdoor high voltage SF6 circuit breaker is an new outdoor high voltage circuit breaker using SF6 gas as insulating and arc-extinguising medium. Its interrupter adopts rotating arc principle. The circuit breaker and the operating mechanism are a whole structure. In comparision with other 12kV outdoor circuit breakers, LW3-12 outdoor high voltage SF6 circuit breaker has the advantages of simple structure, reliable arcing and insulating performance, small operation power, high rated parameters, long electric life and non-maintenance period. The circuit breaker is divided into two kinds: I nad II types. Their differences are: the type I circuit breaker is equipped with manually stored-energy spring operating mechanism, and mainly used on pole, and the type II circuit breaker is equipped with motor stored-energy spring operating mechanism. It may carry out long distance automatic control and auto-reclosing operations. The circuit breaker is suitable for the control and protection of medium and large substations.
