Applicable places: Public places such as swimming pools, factories, malls, business buildings, dressing rooms in hotels, etc. Compact grade laminates: Compact grade laminates are made of melamine-resin-impregnated decorative color paper and multi-layer black or brown phenolic-resin-impregnated kraft paper laminated and compressed with steel panels under the high temperature of 150 degrees and high pressure of 1,430psi. The thickness varies with the piece number of kraft paper, ranging between 1.6mm and 25mm according to demand. Compact grade laminates can serve as decorative materials since the decorative paper layer on the surface can meet the need of multi-color choice and single or double surface decoration. Meanwhile, our products can also serve as constructional materials because of the larger thickness than conventional fire-proof plates, solid frame, shock resistance, water resistance and damp resistance. Our products can be directly processed with standard carbon-steel alloy cutters by drilling, knocking, sanding, smoothing and cutting, and also can be cut into any shape according to your actual demand by using CNC machines and then go through the processes of angle beveling and drilling.
