LJ-02A1 safety light

Description: The LNK-LJ-02A1 is a flashing safety light for life jacketand life vest which is water activated automatically when it is immersing in water. Installation: The LNK-LJ-02A1 lifejacket light is fit to use on all types of lifejackets and supplied with a fixing clip. The clip is normally placed behind a belt of lifejacket or a reflective tape and the light is secured by pressing it into the clip. A typical attachment method is as below pictures. The user must ensure that the light could be attached securely and is in the correct position on the lifejacket to provide maximum visibility when the wearer is in the water. During the process of installing lifejacket light, do not contact water sensor by hands in order to prevent from system halted of electrical circuit. Operation: The LNK-LJ-02A1 lifejacket light is activated automatically when the water sensor on main body is immersed in water. And only water sensor contact at water, the light could be manually turned on or off by pressing “ON/FF” switch. Otherwise, when the water sensor is dry, the light could be turned off when the light is working but not be turned on by pressing “ON/OFF” switch manually unless let the water sensor contact at water again. Maintenance: The LNK-LJ-02A1 are maintenance free, but the following checks should be made annually: Inspect light for signs of damage or corrosion.The water for testing must be only sea water or tap water.Test the light by immersingwater sensorin water, the light must flash. And manually pressing switch on main body, the light could be turned on or off. Remove the water sensor from water and dry it, the light could be turned off but not be turned on again.Do not contact water sensor with hands, or the system of electrical circuit maybe be halted. If lifejacket light do not work because of misoperation, please press “ON/OFF” switch lasting 5S and the light will be work normally again. In the storing period, ensure the water sensor is dry all the time.Life: The life of the LNK-LJ-02A1 battery is five years from the date of manufacture; the expiry date is shown on the label affixed to the product. On expiry the light should be removed by moving clip carefully and the new light should be fixed again. Disposal: Dispose of used and expired lights in accordance with local regulation. This should be done through an approved environment disposal agent. Safety: LNK-LJ-02A1 light contains Lithium battery.
