Structure & Working Principle 1.Structure: ZS series rectilinear vibrating screen consists of vibrating motor, screen box, screen mesh, vibration transmitter, vibration isolator. 2.Working principle: When two vibrating motors that are longitudinally mounted on the screen body actuate the relative rotation, the eccentric block at both ends of them will produce a rated excitation force, this force and the produced horizontal excitation force cancel out, the longitudinal excitation force passes through the whole sieve surface through the vibration transmitter, so that the material on the sieve surface jumps and moves to the outlet under the excitation force. The size of materials that are smaller than the sieve, fall to the bottom layer through the sieve. Then they go out from the outlet after continuous jump. Due to reasonable sieving, the material may be classified through the vibrating screen. After this process, different levels of material can be got, and the classification operation of material is finished.
