Type T11bk500m long rail car train set is composed of 13 kinds of cars,including power generating car, safety protection cars,carrying cars,locking cars,leading car,intermediate operation cars,end operation car, etc.There are 43 cars altogether.The train set is equipped with hydraulic unloading devices,hydraulic pulling winch machine and with mechanized collecting equipment.Two modes of computercontrol and manual control are adoptedfor unloading,the rated tractive force of conveying is 40,000N.Rated single rope pulling force for pulling winch iS 40,000N. The train can carry 40 pieces of heavyrail (75kgm) with a length of 500m in 4 layers and¨also can load, carry and unload 56 pieces of heavy rail (50-60kg/m) with a length of 500m in 4 layers and can collect 28 pieces of heavy rail (50-60kg/m) with a length of 500m in 2 layers, the train can unload 2 pieces of rails simultaneously at the rate 7 km per hour,the design speed of the train is 90 km/h under fulI load.
