The steel rollers are made under the process of turning, static/dynamic balancing and precision grinding etc and usually it has critical requirements on the roundness,straightness,runout, con-centricity and cylindricity. The steel rolls/drums could be coated by Teflon, paint, chrome and EPDM rubber according to the working conditions. For the critical anti-rust industry, we also provide stainless steel rollers in the material 304L, 316L, 2205, 904L or others such as RPA in France. As experienced steel roller provider, we're ISO 9001:2000 certificated and also assigned by Hewlett Packard Singarpor (Asia) in the large size precision steel rollers: max. 12,000mm in the length, max.1,600mm in the diameter and max. 50,000kg loading capacity (the workshop equpped large CNC grinding machine and dynamic balancing machines).
