LAMINATION MACHINE

Our machine is easy for operation and maintenance, advanced technologe, low power consumption, multi function, coating film is even in thickness, flat after rolling, good resistance of film stripping. Our machine is ideal equipment in the production of plastic laminating materials. According to customers design, the machine can produce different coating materials by PE or PP as materials, i.e. plastic woven bag, or cloth as basic materials to make single or double side lamination with OPP or non woven cloth. These laminated materials can increase the tensile strength , gas tightness and moisture resistance of materials, the laminated materials are widely used in the packaging , transport and storage like fertilizer, cement, metallurgy, minerals, food and truck tarp, tent etc, SFM-Z75X30-900 plastic extrusion and lamination machine consist sof two extruders and two laminating machine to make lamination to cloth or woven bags on both side synchronously The cloth is putting on double- side working position device, after pre-heating, the cloth is laminated with coating materials in the laminating machine, , after edge cutting to take off the waste edges, the cloth is rolled onto the rewinder.The main features of our machine:1.Unrolling frame: there are two position unrolling device, with two sets of safe chuck. The device has 2 sets of magnetic powder brake unit with 1 set of tension controller, 1 set of auto hydraulic edge position control device and 1 set of continuous operation device for cloth roller replacing . In the production, warp cloth tension is controlled by the magnetic power brake through the tension controller, the weft accuracy is controlled by the sensor correction.2. Pre-heating device: the cloth is heated by the heating oil or electronic heated air through the pre heating roller, which can make lamination with better strength. 3. Laminating machine: It is installed with two side working place OPP film unrolling device, the tension is also controlled by the magnetic power breaker. The film roll is put on the safe chuck so as to make loading and unloading more easy, safe and reliable. The lamination parts consist of cooling roll, silicon roller and side cooling roller. There are 4 lifting and landing reducer to support the frame, which can be adjusted vertically and horizontally. Inside the cooling roller, there are 4-8 spiral groove forced water cooling contracture in order to make a better surface cooling. 4.Side cutting: It is installed by two sets of photoelectric correcting device to guarantee the side flat and size requirement. Side cutting takes pneumatic hob, and the waste tapes are blown away by the waste blower.5.Semi auto rolling machine: It takes 4 friction rollers with 2 working position. At the first position, after the rolling cloth diameter meet the requirement, the 2nd working positions clutch will be operated and rolled to push the rolling cloth to the 2nd position by the pneumatic push device, at the same time, the rolling roll is put onto the 1st working position, the cutting knife installed by the rodless cylinder to cut off the cloth.6. Extruder: There is one inside-heating die heat with width adjustment in the two extruders. The long life screen is installed to make filtering of laminating materials. The motor inside extruder can make parallel move so as to adjust accuracy the lamination and basic cloths width.7.Electric control: All the electric system are concentrated on the extruders GDG and electric control panel through electric lines. In the operation, through human-computer interface screen and putting on the switch, the machine can be run as per the instruction. 8. Electric speed control: Either single point control or multi points control the speed synchronously. There are a lot of position with STOP button, so the operation is easy, simple, easy and reliable.
