JZ-DP Series High tensile Grinder

DP series grinder is newly developed large-scale machine in our factory. The machine has the advantages of low noise, high pulling torque and high crushing ability and so forth. The design of the grinder is unique with original hydraulic fanning grinding equipments. The materials shaped like frame, sphere and cylinder and so forth which are difficult to grind can be pressed on the spindle so as to be grinded. This machine adopts optimized geometric design and unique heat treatment technology. The cutting tools have a strong ability of grinding so that the high hardness materials can be easily grinded and the blades are durable. This grinder can be used for grinding scrap metals, scrap cars, discarded refrigerators, scrap computers, scrap stators, water tanks, radiator and compressed packets which are hard to grind. The whole machine is controlled by PLC. And it has human functions of automatically protecting itself and stopping supplying hydraulic and feeding the materials while overloading until it is normal to run. This machine is safe and easy to operate.
