A production line needs 30 kilns totally. (4) The area for selecting charcoal: around 150m2 (5) The area of storing finished products: around 200m2 (6) The area of living: around 300m2 Total area: 2550m2 The third part: the relevant quantity of workers (1) Workers of workshop where make sawdust sticks: (a) One team leader, who is responsible for repairing screw pole, sawdust sticks making machines and arranging for the routine production work of the team. (b) Three team members: one is responsible for putting the sawdust into the Automatic Twist Spool. One is responsible for looking out the fire. The other is responsible for tidying up the finished sawdust sticks and store them in the storehouse. (2) Workers of kiln workshop: (a) One team leader, who is responsible for firing and arranging for the routine production work of the team. (b) Three team members who are responsible for putting the sawdust sticks into kilns before firing and taking the sawdust charcoals out of kilns after carbonization. Besides, they also need to help select the charcoal and do the packing job in their spare time. (c) One member who specialize in selecting the charcoal and do the packing.
