Shrinkable range:TD 45 to 60% MD 1 to3% 3. thickness of PVC film: 35,40,45,50,55 Micron. 5. sleeve label carton size: L35*W35*H25cm . 15000 to 25000pcs per carton. 6. roll film(reel) carton size:L51*W51*H cm(it depends on the width of sleeve label) 7. Paper core inner diameter: 6 inch. The outside diameter of roll film is less than 500mm. 7. Minimum order quantity: it depends on the size of label. The quantity variation permissible is more or less 10% 8. colors: one color needs one cylinder to print. 10. payment terms: T/T, 30% down payment and total cost of cylinder is advanced,the balance must be paid before delivery. 11. delivery terms: EXW or FOB,CIF are accepted. 12. packed label in store below 25 centigrate degree, protected from sun,rain and dust. 13. packaing method: To be supplied in bulk of label, kept in between cardboard backer sheet and then further packed in thermocol sheets before packing them into suitable transport-worthy CFB box. so as to can avoid the label shrink a lot. when the label arrive at customer factory. the size of label will be a correct size. we will add extra 1 to 3 mm for the width of label. pvc shrink label
