JT-SY6301 Waterborne Gloss Varnish is mainly made up with high-class imported resin and additives.It is nonflammable, no toxic and environment friendly. 2.This product has advantages including high gloss, good abrasion resistance ,high slip and fast drying , suitable for both thick and thin paper. 3.It meets the Toy Security and Health standard ,no DBP included ,and has passed heavy metal content test. Specifications 1.Viscosity: 50-90 seconds paint -4 cups, 25 °c) 2.Solid content: 40-44 (Wt%) 3.Gloss: 45-55 degrees (gloss meter, 60° triangle) 4.Abrasion-resistance: good (face to face, 4pounds/sp.in. ≥ 200 times) 5.PH value: 6.5-8.5 6.Slipangel :16-21 degrees 7.Anti-adhesive: medium(face to face ,85% RH, 50°c,24 hours) 8.Glue-able: good 9.Gold stamping performance: good, need to test before use 10.UV varnish is not recommended to coat on this product 11.Specific Gravity: 1.00-1.05 12.VOC: <20 g /L 13.Dilute by water or mixture of water and isopropanol todecrease viscosity 14.Wet Coating Weight: 6g/m² is recommeded when high abrasion resistance or high gloss required. 15.Drying: set the temperatureof IRto be 80-135 °c 16.This product is suitable for many kinds of ink. Test for ink is necessary before scale-up run. The Wax in ink can only be PE Wax. 17.Forzen, melt, and reverting : 1 cycle 18.It can be clean by water ,detergent or thin Ammonia solution 19.Shelf-life:6 months under normal atmospheric temperature,5-35°c C. Usage recommedation 1. This product can be applied by in-line printer or off-line varnish coater. 2.This product is used directly. If it is too thick ,dilute it by adding≤5% watwe or mixture of water and isoporpanol(1:1) 3.Adjust the hot hair and IR to keep proper temperature ,which is suggested to be 80-135°c 4.Clean up the equipment by water or 1% Ammonia.
