JT-SUV3301 Plastic UV High-gloss Coating A) Product Profile JT-SUV3301 Plastic UV High Gloss Coating is mainly made from UV curable acrylates. The cured film provides excellent non-yellowing, anti-aging and chemical resistance. It is applicable for top coating on silver paints for plastic materials including ABS, PS, HIPS, used for mobile phone, MP3, phone, computer, speaker and so on. B) Specifications (1) Appearance: colorless or light yellow transparent liquid. (2) Viscosity: 30-100S (paint -4 cup, 25°c) (3) Hardness: not less than 1H (Mitsubishi Pencil, 500g, cart test) (4) Abrasion-resistance: no less than 300 times (RCA, 175 g) C) Usage recommendation (1) Substrate Preparation: clean substrate by hexane or alcohol. (2) Spraying: gun nozzle size is 1.1-1.3 mm, pressure within 0.35-0.55 MPa, nozzle is 20-25cm.away from substrate (3) Leveling: more than 3-minute leveling by IR or oven. (60-80°c) (4) Curing: 80W/cm², 2 High pressure mercury lamps, the distance is 15cm, the speed of curing machine is 3-5 m/min, light energy of UV is within 350-450MJ/cm². (5) Dilution ratio: coating: thinner = 1:0.8-1 D) Notice (1) The surface of substrates cannot be polluted by oil, water and dust. (2) This product needs to be filtered by 500 mesh filter before use. (3) The thickness of coating should be within 12 ± 2um (by dry film). (4) The unused coating should be kept closed and sealed well. (5) Avoid exposure to strong light for long time.
