Wire and powder pipelines shall be properly arrange so that not be damaged due to exterior forces. 5. The power switch shall not be not until the booth recycling system opens, and it shall be off while the booth is being repaired due to some failure, to prevent static electricity does harms on workers. 6. Each conducting object shall be checked with it grounding status every week. 7. Shut off the power of control unit while cleaning or replacing nozzles. 8. Clean the powder on the hooks period regularly, or rate of powder absorption on work-piece will be affected, moreover blocks the grounding of the work-piece and the high voltage static electricity not conducted in time will consequently hurt the workers. 9. The attitude of the spray gun shall be adjusted in advance as for complex work-piece. The distance between the gun and the work-piece is at best 20cm, not any further or closer.
