This steelstructure features a large component of each monomer and the more unique design wholly. To save steel consumption, the columns are made widely in the upper part and narrowly in the bottom part and box-like columns use the technology of electroslag welding, which not only satisfies requirements in loading but also reduces the cost. This structure is applied to a large supermarket with more than three floors, so there are high requirements in either functions or appearance modeling and the various components are connected with high strength bolts, not allowing deviation in the production. We use 3D numerical control down-the-hole drill to drill thus making sure that perforation rate of on-site installation is up to 100%.
