The dimensional tolerance, geometric accuracy and surface hardness of shaft and cover aperture are all proved up to technical requirements of international standard. The surface hardness of bearing race and depth of hardened layer are 58-64HRC and 0.6-1.0mm individually. Besides, the surface roughness of bearing race: Ra≤0.32μm; while in some high-precision occasions: Ra≤0.20μm Our company through the authentication of ISO/TS16949.
