Nowadays, we offer two types of jelly soft candy powders for meeting varied market demand: Ordinary type KC1 and Acidproof type KC2. ACIDPROOF TYPE KC2 PRODUCTION DIRECTION FOR REFERENCE: 1. Reference dosage: KC2: 1.8-2%; Sugar: 15%; Syrup: 45%; Sorbitol: 5%; Water: 35%; Citric acid: 0.12%; Flavor & Colors: a little. 2.MAIN POINT OF PRODUCTION: 1)Mix the powder averagely with the sugar, and directly and slowly put into the cold water. Then mix round evenly to make it expand. After that, heat the solution until the powders are completely dissolved. 2)Add the boiling syrup and sorbitol into the solution, and then heat the solution to 105°C for 4 minutes. 3)Add the citric acid, flavor and colors. 4)Molding. 5)Drying: At around 50°C about 36 hours. 6)Packing and store.
