The best pH condition for the usage of low-carbon alcohol and ethanediol is 4 8. As pH>8, its stability goes down. It could be stored for a year under normal temperature. Under 50,activity goes down slightly as it is stored for 6 months. Activity may go down greatly under high temperature. It could be compatible with various ionic emulsifiers and protein.
