Structure and working principle: 1. The equipment consists of main frame, magnet separator, wind power device system, speed reducer, field regulator and main control box. 2. Parallel design of external arc face of roller corresponding to magnet separator-wind injecting device system: wind is conveyed by wind pump to wind duct, then injected through quincunx nozzle on the duct and evenly scattered and sprayed to the roller of magnetic separation, thereby meeting the purpose of wind magnetic separation of iron ore. Performance and features: Adopt wind separating device of wind duct, magnetic separation of sand is made under anhydrous status. Air-volume hole designed for quincunx inject hole makes air volume of pipeline be evenly scattered from netlike hole and sprayed to the arc face of magnetic-separating drum, thereby producing magnetic separation action of wind power. Adopt excellent and high-strength terres rares permanent magnet material; advantages: manufactured magnetic-separating roller, high magnetic field intensity, everlasting magnetic force; purity of iron ore can be improved to the utmost extent under the action of wind power. Fixing shiplike frame base is adopted for bottom part of main frame, so that equipments can slide conveniently and fast during flowing process, thereby reducing blocking of equipment moving. Automatic grading device having simple structure can grade iron ore obtained from coarse grading of wind power into concentrate sand and tailing sand under the action of magnetic separator.
