Hydrogen generator

Introduction The HGA600 hydrogen generator, developed by Tianjin Highland Corp., is a new equipment combining functions of hydrogen generation and storage. Unlike the hydrogen generator based on water electrolysis, the HGA600 hydrogen generator is according to a simple chemical reaction between metal aluminum and water in the presence of sodium hydroxide as the catalyst. After being dehumidified, the as-produced hydrogen will then directly be used to charge a metal hydride tank or be stored in a buffer tank. No power consumption is required during the hydrogen generation process. It can be used in various applications where pressurized and pure hydrogen is needed. It is particularly suitable for working as a hydrogen charger for metal hydride tank.
