HYATC Telecommunication cable The structure of thisself-supporting out-door telephone communication cableas follows: 1.Conductor:soft round copper wire 0.32,0.4,0.5,0.6,0.7,0.9mm in diameter. 2.Insulation:insulation material is consecutive solid high-desity polyethylene with 10 color to choose,for easy recognition. 3.Line pairs:every 2 insulation conductors strands into pair,according to the assigned chromatogram. 4.Core of the cable:For 30 pairs or less,the core shall be stranded in concentric form.For 30 pairs or more,stranded into unit form.For 100 pairs or more,additional 1% backup line pairs with maximum 6 pairs. 5.Gird:Polyester belt to overlap or coil vertically. 6.Shield:0.2mm thick smooth aluminum band or rollstriped alumunum band covers the strap and core in longitude;aluminum band is wrapped by 0.05mm polyethylene membrane. 7.Steel wire:Galvanized steel wire as the standard of GB 1200-88. 8.Jacket:To provide an excellent damp-proof,a special balck polyethylene plastic sticks to the shield layer,and integrate with the aluminum band closely. 9.Mark:The permanent mark such as the meter calculating length.the factory name,the year and all are printed on the sheath.The interval is 1 meter. 10.Cable's end identity:End A is red,End B is green. 11.Specification of cable:5 300 pairs.
