JOBO smart annunciator is one of the guest notification device which is a member of JOBO's Integrated Room Automaton System, it operates on a stand-alone basis or seamlessly integrated with JOBO's centrally controlled system to remotely display guestroom status to housekeeping or other department. 2). JOBO smart annunciator is a display corridor annunciator panel with built-in door chime switch, which replace the conventional tag that used to hang outside guest room door for Do Not Disturb, Make Up Room or Butler Call. 3). Do-Not-Disturb is activated either from Bedside Control Panel or Guest Service Panel, The door chime will automatically be disabled, In case some one try to ring the door chime, Do-Not-Disturb text display will flash for few seconds to alert the room is under Do-Not-Disturb mode. 4). Make-Up-Room request either from Bedside Control Panel or Guest Service Panel to alert house keeping personals the room is under Make Up Room request, This request can be activated only during occupied mode or when Key card is inserted to key cardholder. 5). Butler Call request either from Bedside Control Panel or Guest Service Panel to alert or reconfirm Room Service the room is under Butler Call request. This request can only be activated during occupied mode or when key card is inserted to key cardholder. 2. BASIC FUNCTION: 1).
