Hot runner control box

1.control box summarize Hot runner control box is an equipment which can keep suitable temperature for hot runner system continuously. It is consisted of a box, temperature controllers, an air switch, a fan, a wire holder and cables (alternative accessories to connect mold and control box), etc. The control box checks the temperature of the hot runner system by the internal control card (core is MCU) and keeps the temperature stable by adjusting output power. The accuracy, self-protection and fault-tolerance performance are decided by performance of the controller. 2.Brief Introduction of our companys control box The control box with the control card developed by ourselves has high control precision, self-protection and fault-tolerance ability, the size and electric interface are compatible with other bands. The control box, whose thickness is 1.5mm and which can endure pressure of 150kg, has protection side on the edge of the box to avoid serious deformation and damage in transportation. The wire holders equipped with the control box are heavy load connections which conform to the international standard. They include two kinds, 16pins and 24pins. Generally, control boxes below 4 groups are equipped with wire holders of 16pins and above 5 groups with 24pins, the style of connections are certain by the customers requirement. Cables (alternative) are equipped with the wire holders of the control box. There are control boxes with 3 16 groups control points for customers to select.
