High Speed Turnout

High-speed turnout is the important component of passenger dedicated line railway track structure, which is of qualities of high-security, high-stability and high traveling comfort; at present, high-speed turnout has two kinds: 350km/h and 250km/h by operation speed; No.18 and No.42 by angle-number; ballast and ballastless by under rail foundation. Horizontal alignment of all the high-speed turnout is circular curve plus transitional curve. Turnout rails are set rail cant of 1:40; all the baseplates are sulfurated entirely; the surface layer of slide plate is anticorrosive and anti-attrition layer; some spacing of switch part is set roller slide plate and position-limited device; the inner side of stock rail and guard rail in switch area use elastic clamp to fasten. Movable point frog is bolted rigid frog. The turnout switch machine is multi-point outer locking device. When it is used for simple crossover, of which the distance between two tracks is 4.6m, two sets of turnouts can be jointed directly. High-speed turnout is of high-manufacturing accuracy, long rails, complex structure, and high-assembling requirement, which features industrialization, mechanization, specialization and informatization. Solid manganese steel frog is the important component of railway turnout. It has the advantages of good integrity, abrasion resistant, convenient maintenance and so on. After continuous process improvement, now the throughout capacity of solving the problem that solid manganese frog not available on continuous welded rail line, the technique for welding solid manganese steel frog corresponds to the turnout. Frogs have different types; if classified by structure, there are solid manganese steel frogs for simple turnout, end frog and obtuse frog; and non-processing, fully processing and three parts processing by machining processing.
