On operation, after water injection, Model B flex neck ampoule bottle put in rough washing water bank to get a in-out side washing, send to extract washing position though worm, machine hands turn over bottles to make bottle mouth adown, circulating water twice, compressed air, injection water, compressed air twice, meanwhile circulating water flushing and compressed air flushing to outside of bottles, finish washing, hands turn back to make bottle mouth up ,bottle-outputting ,complete the whole washing process. Cleaned bottles are put in sterilizing & drying machine automatically, take movement in a sterilizing temperature of 300-350 for 4-6 minutes, then enter cooling area with a room temperature of +15, and send to filling & sealing machine to complete following process: nitrogen charging before filling, filling, nitrogen charging after filling, preheating, sealing, bottle-outputting. Finally count turnoff number and set in tray, the whole filling process is taken under the protection of laminar flow. 5-3.
