Performance Advantages of Vertical Shaft Impact Sand Making Machine Impact plate installed in machine body is made by special high-chromium cast steel, with high abrasion proof and for not being fastened with bolts it is convenient to be replaced. It uses closed rotor and feed through rotor. Air cycle device is installed on both sides of materials feeding opening, which make the wind produced by rotation of rotor cycles in this device, thus to reduce the dust which is discharged outside. Rotor is equipped with abrasion proof gaskets which prolong its useful life and reduce amount of easily damaged parts, to decrease operational cost. Because of being adjusted balance, the rotor with high speed realizes low noise and vibration. Impact board can be reversed to use and its installing position can be adjusted up or down to make best use of its function. Its lubrication is adopted with grease. 4.
