Fast coagulation and hardening, short interval between initial set and final set. When it is 20, the time for initial set ranges from 3 to 5 minutes, and the final set is 1 minute after the initial one. 2. Fast leak stopping. Only in 4-6 minutes the leak with certain pressure can be stopped. 3. Slight expansion and good anti-penetration performance. After 3 days maintenance, the trial block of neat mortar can resist penetration under 1.5MPa water pressure. 4. Technical indexes (omitted). 5. Innocuous, inodorous, noncombustible, non-explosive, harmless to person Applicable Scope The product can be used for urgent repair of leak in various concrete, mortar, brick stones and other structures with large water seepage pressure. The product is applicable to stop the water leak in various underground projects, water storage/conveyance system, drainage disposal system, as well as kitchens and bathrooms. Construction Method 1. Firstly, chip the leak spot to a notch that is about 2 cm deep and vertical to groove wall or a notch that is about 1.5 cm deep and of inverse bugle type, and clean the groove wall and make it expose the rough and rigid surface. 2. Add proper quantity of this product into stirrer and add the water at the water-material ratio of 0.3, and immediately and sufficiently stir it. The temperature of water shall be properly increased if the environmental temperature is lower. 3. Hand knead the mixed leak stopping agent to wet ball and promptly press it into the notch against the leak direction when feeling the ball heat up(generally about 3-5 minutes), and then level it up and press it tightly with wood pad till the ball hardens (about 2-3 minutes).
