JLZ70-400ZN HID Electronic Ballast “Peace Brand “High Intensity Discharge Lamps (HID) Ballast IntroductionAll the materials of high intensity gas discharge lamp ballasts are designed according to insulating materials of Class H. Especially, the windings of core components in the ballasts use QZY/PAI compound enamelled round copper wires with a thermal class of 200°C. The performance of the product has been precisely and strictly tested by computer testing system. The turn-to-turn insulation measurement, automatic assembling and automatic argon arc welding processes are monitored by computer system. The product is steady in performance, compact in structure, long in service life and low in temperature rise. The ballast can keep on working for ten years with a winding temperature of 130°C under a harsh environment. The ballast is widely used for lighting in the places such as streets, factories, docks and shops. Features of ZN ballasts: 1. The product can be used to limit and stabilize the current in an electric circuit for lamp working when used in high-pressure mercury light, sodium light or halogen light. 2. The enamelled wire is higher in heat resistance class, lower in temperature rise and excellent in temperature resistance. 3. The built-in thermal protector (except for high-pressure mercury light) can effectively protect the lighting source component from being damaged by overheating. 4. With no framework, non epoxy-coating, small size and compact structure, it is easy to install and widely used for lighting in the places such as streets, factories, docks and shops.
