Diaphram pump has so many advantages of self-priming pump, shield pump, trash pump, and immersion pump that it is widely used in many industries. Head and flow rate could be adjusted by the open extent of value,controlling the air pressure in range of 1-7kgf/cm2. However, electric pump has no such function and inlet must be controlled by regulative value. 5. Air operated pump can works normally when immerse in the medium. No current get through, so it is safer than electric pump. 6.
