Heng’an weighing software (network version)Functions overview: 1.Interconnection function It can achieve LAN and internet interconnection, 3G network and provide VPN solutions. After being interconnected, data of each weighbridge office can be shared, so one weighbridge can weigh gross weight, another can weigh tare, thus work efficiency can be improved significantly; each weighbridge office can also be interconnected with leaders’ office. 2.Can be connected with ERP information management system of enterprise It can corporate with the current ERP information management system, derive information into the format required by ERP system. Data base supports multitask operation and can be read directly by ERP software. 3.Planning control function Finance department inputs contract quantity or contract amount based on the plan of contract unit on computer, and then weighbridge office can directly use the information in the process of weighing. After each weighing of vehicles of this contract unit, Jinheng weighing software will automatically subtract it from the contract quantity or contract amount based on plan; if commodity transported by contract unit exceeds contract quantity or contract amount, weighbridge office system will give hint or not weigh. 4.Financial settlement function Finance department can carry out settlement of freight, payment, freight and payment settlement of weighed commodity. 5.Measuring function It can be carried out according to materials incoming, leaving factory and internal delivery, transfer of goods and materials in measuring process. It also can prestore frequently-used information in measuring process, such as plate number, name of commodity, receiving unit, forwarding unit, specification, grade, type, etc. just click the mouse to input information which can avoid trouble of manual character input, increase operating speed, reduce labor intensity. 6.Weight cannot be input manually The gross weight and tare automatically receive weight information from weight apparatus. They cannot be input manually, copied and pasted to avoid faults caused by manual input. 7.Detection starting point can be set All weights that are less than this value or useless information will be filtered out and will not be collected by the computer, thus accuracy of data can be guaranteed. 8.Delay till stabilization It can set stabilization time. Data will not be collected until the weight settles down to avoid weight variation caused by motor vibration of vehicles during weighing. 9.Universal query and statistical function It can inquire about weighing record of one weighbridge at a certain time and that of all the weighbridges in one day.Statistics and summarization can be carried through according to all kinds of conditions or combined conditions, such as receiving unit, forwarding unit, plate number, name of commodity, specification, grade, weighbridge number, etc. Query statistics can be carried through according to time quantum which is convenient for on-duty personnel to do group statistics. 10.Derive information with special request Itcan derive information into formats of worksheet, data base, text file, web page, etc according to requirements of enterprises. 11.Fuzzy search function Input the initials of the first two or three characters of receiving or forwarding units in the input box of software interface, and then relevant information can be found, thus trouble of searching in numerous data can be avoided and work efficiency can be improved greatly. 12.Data backup and recoveringfunction It can back up weighing data to the designated position and recover the back-up data to ensure security of data. 13.Weigher setup It can add,delete weigher and set password for weigher. Leaders can query at any time but not weighers. 17.Starting up and shut down record function During normal operating period, Jinheng weighing software can automatically record starting up and shut down time and operator on-duty. 18.Excess print function Itcan automatically judge whether weighing documentation is printed or not. Repeated print is not allowed if it has been printed; if it indeed needs to be printed, print of weighing documentation can be made up after being authorized by server. There is excess print signal on the documentation which becomes effective after being signed by responsible authority, thus cheating action of repeated print of weighing documentation can be prevented.A 19.Interface with weigh apparatus It can be connected with motor truck scale, track scale, etc. The software has many interface programs which enables it to be connected with all instruments.
