The operation is easy and safety.Each spindle`s control,fixing thickness and fixing width are controlled by PLC computer touch screen. It is easy and fast to operate.The left and right vertical spindle adopts double work table framework, the axile movement is 80mmlThe top spindle front pressing and the front side pressing of vertical spindle adopts pneumatic hold-down mechanism,providing stable pressure and easy adjustment.There are manual and computerized oil pumps.They lubricate the working table and movable guide orbit, guaranteeing the feeding smooth and the guide orbit agile.All feeding and pressing adopt section pneumatic hole-down mechanism and easy to operation.Feeding is controlled by frequency inverter.The speed of feeding is 6-36m/min.All the electric components and transmission units are purchased from quality international brands,guaranteeing reliability.
