There are 3 functions of the two lifting handle: *to tightening up the frame/tank *to unlock the frame/tank *handling of the frame/tank when operator checked the manhole cover. 3. Cover to be filled supplied with M8 white zinc or stainless steel hexagon socket head capscrews. Every screw hole had a plastic plate which is prevent sand block up screw hole. 4. With EPDM strap for protection of bad smell, anti-odor. 5. The cover can be completely filled with concrete and tile. You can use the same style of tile in order to maintain the overall style of the building. 6. Packing: 4pcs corner cardboard + metal pallet.
