HEA Expanding Agent Concrete Admixture

This is a expanding agent,concrete admixture / additive. The product can be applied some anti-cracking and anti-permeability , compensation and contract construction, long structure continuous concrete construction that no gap existed. Operative Norm The performance follows the JC476<concrete expansion agent> The construction follows GB50119<concrete admixture application technique standard> Characteristics Appearance Powder Solid content ≥97% Fineness (0.08 mm sieve residue) ≤10% Performance 1 Improve the performance of anti-crack and anti-permeability ,and also possess the function of compensation and contract. 2 The expansion rate of concrete is 0.02-0.04%, it could construct prestress force 0.2-0.7Mpa, anti-permeability S30 3 Contain tiny quantity of alkali, lower the harmless that expansion agent to the concrete alkali aggregate. 4 Non-toxic, incombustible, no corrosion to the steel and other substances, not including Chloride . Use Method 1 The standard mix content is 6-8% of the cements. 2 Mix methods: Usually mix together, that is mix the product and cements, sand, stone, water to agitate. the time of agitating should prolong 30-60s. Package and Storage 1 The standard package is 50kg/bag. 2 Store at the dry and ventilate place, prevent to be wet. 3 Shelf life is two year, it should match and test if it is over two years. Attentions 1 Refer from the specification of products to match and test the mixed concrete at first, if you change the cement ,please test again to make sure the quality of the construction. 2 Control the quantity of materials, water, mix agent accurately. 3 If the agitating materials are opening aggregate ,it should add water first ,then mix the hardening accelerator. 4 Better to take the machine to agitate. If the worker do it, please prolong the agitating time to make sure uniform. 5 As the methods to agitate, transport, grout are the same with ordinary concrete. 6 Please follow referent standards to conserve.
